Refund policy

At HSPT Golden Rainbow we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We have therefore made our returns policy very simple.
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from HSPT Golden Rainbow, simply return it to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 14 days of despatch and we will issue a refund for the price of the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Simply complete the return sheet and add it to the parcel. We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Your refund will automatically be processed via the same method your payment was made, Please allow time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you in advance.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a manner not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

You must bear the costs of the return shipment.
Please do not send us any unfree shipments; we must pass on the penalty fees for these shipments to you.
